Sound familiar?

  • Your baby wakes up just when you think you've figured out sleep.
  • Naps are short, and you don't know when the next one should be.
  • Bedtime takes longer than you'd like.
  • Every sleep tip seems to tell you something different.

You don't need to try everything. You need to know what makes sense for your child.

Questions parents ask.

Which option is right for my child?

If you want a plan built around your child, Bethany's review and help along the way, choose Personalized Sleep Support. If you'd rather work through a focused sleep stage yourself, choose the Sleep Solution for your child's age. If you mainly need timing for naps and bedtime, start with the free schedule.

Is the schedule builder really free?

Yes. Answer a few questions and see your child's full schedule — no purchase needed.

What's the difference between a Sleep Solution and Personalized Sleep Support?

A Sleep Solution is self-guided: age-specific lessons, a Quick Plan, schedules and troubleshooting you work through at your own pace. Personalized Sleep Support gives you a plan based on your child's intake, Bethany's personal review, 30 days of BB guidance and one private 30-minute call.

Will I work directly with Bethany?

With Personalized Sleep Support, Bethany personally reviews your plan and you get one private 30-minute call with her. Day-to-day questions go to BB, Bethany's AI sleep assistant — AI guidance, not a live chat with Bethany. Sleep Solutions are self-guided.

What ages does SERENE support?

Personalized Sleep Support is for newborns through age five. Self-guided Sleep Solutions are currently available for 3–5 months (Baby) and 6–12 months (Infant).

Can I start with the free schedule and get more help later?

Of course. Your schedule stays yours, and you can choose a Sleep Solution or Personalized Support whenever you're ready.

Every child is different. Medical concerns belong with your child's clinician.
