For babies 6–12 months

Ready for 10–12 hour nights and 1.5+ hour naps?

Help your baby sleep longer overnight (with age-appropriate feeds), wake less often, and take restorative crib naps, so you can finally get more consecutive sleep at night and time to yourself during the day.

Sleep goals, not guarantees. Every baby’s needs and progress are different.

Start immediately; work at your own pace.

The nights. The naps. The exhaustion.

Does your baby sleep well…
until they don’t?

Bedtime actually goes pretty smoothly. But around 11 p.m., the wakeups begin.

Then it’s 1 a.m. And 3 a.m. By 4 or 5, it feels like you’re barely sleeping at all.

And during the day? A 30-minute crib nap… unless you’re holding them.

So you’re exhausted all night and nap trapped all day.

You love your baby. You just need some sleep, too.

Imagine nights and naps that actually give you a break.

Longer stretches of sleep.

Help your baby work toward 10–12 hours overnight, with age-appropriate feeds and fewer unnecessary wakings.

Less of the 4 a.m. chaos.

Know how to respond to night wakings and early mornings, so the second half of the night feels more manageable.

Longer crib naps.

Work toward restorative naps of 1.5+ hours when appropriate, without always needing to hold your baby to keep them asleep.

Time that’s yours again.

Work. Shower. Spend time with your other children. Rest. Or simply enjoy a quiet moment while your baby naps.

Because better baby sleep means more rest and breathing room for you, too.

Wondering if this is for your baby?

For parents of babies 6–12 months navigating broken nights, early mornings, short crib naps or naps that only last when someone holds them.

  • Frequent wakings—even after an easy bedtime
  • Needing rocking, holding or feeding to resettle
  • Short naps and contact-nap dependence
  • Moving from three naps to two

You don’t have to eliminate night feeds to improve sleep.

Sleep skills and feeding are separate decisions. Discuss your baby’s individual feeding needs with their pediatrician.

This is a self-guided Infant Sleep Solution—not an individually reviewed plan or private sleep consultation.

Hi, I’m Bethany.

I’m a pediatric sleep consultant and a mom of four.

I know how overwhelming baby sleep can feel, especially when you’re exhausted and everyone seems to have a different opinion about what you should be doing.

That’s why I created the Infant Sleep Solution. My goal is simple: help you understand your baby’s sleep, make meaningful changes, and get your family more rest.

For parents facing fragmented nights and nap-trapped days, the focus is more consecutive rest and a little breathing room—not just an easier bedtime.

Let’s get your sleep back.

Still have questions?

Is this right for my baby’s age?

The Infant Sleep Solution is for babies 6–12 months. It includes guidance for both three-nap and two-nap days. Babies 3–5 months use the Baby Sleep Solution.

My baby falls asleep independently but still wakes often. Can this help?

Yes—the guidance covers more than falling asleep at bedtime. It includes schedules, night wakings, early mornings, naps and feeding considerations, so you can look at what may be contributing to broken nights. Results vary.

Does this involve crying?

Some crying or protest can happen as routines change. The Chair Method lets you stay beside the crib with support while your baby learns to settle. The program explains when to pause or adjust; it does not promise a no-cry approach.

What if my baby still feeds overnight?

Independent sleep and night feeding are separate decisions. The program includes night-waking guidance, but it does not require every baby to stop feeding overnight. Discuss your baby’s feeding needs with their pediatrician.

How quickly might we see progress?

There is no guaranteed timeline. Progress depends on your baby’s development, needs, starting point and consistent implementation. The 10–12 hour overnight and 1.5+ hour nap goals are not a promise for every baby or every nap, and appropriate feeds can remain.

What if my baby is transitioning between naps?

The solution includes three-nap and two-nap guidance, readiness signs and a gradual transition. It helps you adapt as your baby’s needs change rather than dropping a nap based on age alone.

Is this personalized to my baby?

It is self-guided: use the assessment, Quick Plan and schedules to apply the guidance to your baby’s needs. It is not an individually reviewed consulting plan, and it does not include private calls or ongoing personalized support.

How do I access it after purchasing?

Buy through Stripe without creating an account first. After checkout, sign in or create an account using the same email you used to purchase. Your solution opens in SERENE Sleep on your phone or computer. You’ll also receive a purchase email with an account link. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

What if it doesn’t work?

The 14-day money-back guarantee requires you to implement the plan for two weeks. If you see zero progress, email with evidence of what you tried, including two weeks of sleep-log data and notes of what you did, for a full refund. Refunds are handled by email.
